What file format should be used to send my design?
We prefer JPG, PNG, AI or PDF, with high quality, though mostly all kinds of file formats are acceptable. Already have an embroidery file? Just send it to us.

I have no design,only idea, is it possible to make a patch?
Sure. Our desginer team can create a free artwork for you according to your ideas, drafts or related photos. We are experienced in helping small businesses, military units, police officers, firefighters as well as bands in making their unique custom patches.

Can you match the threads of any color chart?
We can certainly take your PMS, MADERIA, ISACORD, or Robinson Anton color codes and match them as close as possible to our special thread charts. Please note that sometimes there is not an exact color match for your requested color.

Do you offer unlimited artwork revisions?
All artwork is free with your order, and we do allow multiple revisions to a reasonable degree. We will do as many revisions as it takes until your artwork is exactly what you are envisioning. However, if we reach a point where concepts get scrapped and our artists are required to start over multiple times, we may charge a revision fee, or recommend that you nail down your final concept before requesting additional changes.

Can I have more than one color version of the same design?
We can do multiple color versions on your order, however due to the production process, pricing will vary depending on the number of different colors.

Can I get a physical sample of my custom patch (one-off) ?
We can make a one-off sample for you but the cost is $100 and it is refundable when your order is over $1000. A cost-saving workaround is for us to send you a digital proof instead.
